About Us

Greening The Supply Chain is being presented as a collaboration of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA), the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). All three organization headquarters are located in the Chicago suburbs, with IWLA in Des Plaines, IL, WERC in Oak Brook, IL and CSCMP in Lombard, IL.

The IWLA is a trade association comprised of 620 member warehouse logistics providers and industry suppliers, helping them to run high-quality, profitable businesses. IWLA focuses on the warehouse logistics business, providing ideas, government affairs programming, world-class educational events and timely industry information that make it easier for member companies to succeed.

WERC’s 3,700 members are logistics, distribution and warehouse professionals who lead, direct, manage and support the efficient flow of information, materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain. WERC supports the professional development of their members and the logistics community at large by providing quality learning experiences, networking opportunities and easy access to information.

CSCMP is the preeminent worldwide professional association of supply chain management professionals. CSCMP provides their 9,000 members with opportunities to communicate and develop their supply chain management skills. They identify and conduct research to further educate members, and create awareness of the significance of supply chain to business and to the economy.
